Perfect Pork Chop Brine

I used to think there was no way to get a juicy pork chop and they always were dry. That is not the case with this brine. It is a wonderful mix of salty and sweet that adds just enough flavor to the meat.

What I used:

1/4 C Salt

1/4 C Sugar

2 Bay leaves

4 t Minced garlic

1 Orange squeezed

2 C Warm water

2 C Chicken stock

1/2 t ground pepper

5 Sprigs fresh thyme

What I did:

I first dissolved the sugar and salt in the warm water. Once dissolved I added all the other ingredients and threw in the orange after it was squeezed. I mixed it all together and added in 3 boneless pork chops. I set it in the fridge for 3-5 hours then cooked them up!

Let me know what you think.
