Core Finisher

Sometimes on Fridays we don’t get all the way through the HIIT workout I programmed for my 11:15 class at Down Under School of Yoga.

When this happens I tend to drop it here in case people want to do a little something at home. This simple and quick little workout can be added to the end of any workout to give your core a little blast.

Core Finisher

30 seconds each exercise, 3 rounds no rest between

  • Plank Jack

  • Side Plank Hip Dip Right

  • Pank Jack

  • Side Plank Hip Dip Left.
