30 Minute Lower Body Blast

Keeping with my quest for strong glutes…Try this fast 30 minute leg circuit. It can be done as your workout or a heart pumping finisher on your leg day. I did this two days ago and my legs are still burnin’.

Perform each circuit 4 times with a 30-second rest between sets. Your heart rate should stay high!

Equipment needed: Barbell (or dumbbells), medium dumbbell and miniband

Perform each circuit 4 times through with 10 reps for each exercise

Circuit 1

  • Barbell Squat

  • Barbell Split Squat (10 each leg)

  • Jump Squat

  • Miniband kickback

  • Miniband hydrant

Circuit 2

  • Romanian Deadlift

  • Jumping Lunges (10 each leg)

  • Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat

  • Barbell Glute Bridge
