Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

With the recent launch of Level Up, people are asking for some high protein treats. I decided why not create a chocolate chip cookie packed with protein?

Here Is What I Used:

3/4 C Protein Powder (I used peanut butter flavored Orgain)

3/4 C Oats (I put them through the food processor until smooth)

1/2 C Peanut Butter

3 Eggs

1/4 C Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips

Here Is What I Did:

I preheated the oven to 350 and lined a cookie sheet with parchment paper. I then mixed all of the ingredients together, shaped into 12 cookies and baked for 10 minutes!

That’s it! Super easy.

Each cookie has approximately 7gms of Protein, 6.5gms of Carbs and 7.75 gms of Fat.
