Gluten-Free Crackers

These little crackers are so delicious and take NO time at all.

There are only 3 ingredients too. Read below to learn how to make them.

What I used:

1 Cup almond meal (my favorite is Bob's Red Mill)

1 egg

1 T olive oil

(optional) salt, pepper or any other spices


What I did:

I preheated the oven to 375. Then I mixed all three ingredients together. I used Bosari seasoning and actually mixed it in with the dough for this batch. I put the ball of dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet then rolled it out in between two sheets of parchment paper so it would not stick to the rolling pin. I baked it for 15 minutes until they were golden brown.

With a sharp knife, I cut the sheet of dough into crackers immediately upon taking them out of the oven. If you don't do that step immediately, your crackers will all crumble when you go to cut them.
