The Amsterdam Experience
If you have never been to Amsterdam, my retreat is such an amazing way to see all the important sites while enjoying a healthy and active vacation. The best part about it is that everything is all planned for you…and I’ve done it countless times!
What you can always expect from a retreat with me is adventure, good food and lots of culture all done alongside a group of like-minded individuals that soon will become close friends.
On the Amsterdam retreat we do yoga daily in Jordaan, we take a spin class to get the legs warmed up for our guided bike tour (you can't go to Amsterdam and not bike!), we walk (over 60 miles) to build up our appetites for the many 5 star meals and have restful nights in our boutique hotel in Singel so we can absorb all the culture at the 3 museums we visit.

"I had the best time on Meredith’s retreat to Amsterdam! This was my first retreat with Meredith and definitely won’t be my last. Every day was filled with new adventures throughout the city and the Netherlands, amazing food, and of course, yoga and fitness classes. We did a spin class at a local spin studio, took a Bikram yoga class that was half in English and half in Dutch, and practiced heated flows and yoga sculpt classes lead by Meredith. It was the perfect blend of fun fitness classes and getting to explore a new place abroad.
Meredith took care of all of the details and all I had to do was show up! As someone traveling with severe food allergies, she also made sure that every meal was safe for me to eat and that I could participate in all of the course tastings, which were amazing. I truly appreciate Meredith’s effort to make sure that I had the same food experience as everyone else.
If this is your first or fifth retreat with Meredith, I highly recommend traveling to Amsterdam with her. You’ll leave this trip with new friends, great memories, and ready to sign up for another retreat with her. Plus, nothing beats an Aperol Spritz in Europe over the summer!"
