Circuits, Tabata and Emom… What more could you want??

Try this total body workout. All you will need is a mat and a moderate dumbbell (10-20lbs).

Circuits 

3 rounds each - 30 seconds of work with a 15 second break between rounds.

1 Reverse Lunge with Single Arm Overhead Press Right

Reverse Lunge with Single Arm Overhead Press Left

Scissors

Jump Lunges

2 Dumbbell Snatch Right

Dumbell Snatch Left

Curtsy Lunge

Skater Jumps

3 High Rotation with Dumbbell Push Right

High Rotation with Dumbbell Push Left

Knee Pulls

High Knees

Tabata

20 seconds on / 10 seconds off 5 rounds of each circuit

Tabata Circuit 1

Forearm Plank Hold

Dumbbell Slam

Tabata Circuit 2

Forearm Plank Hip Dips

Dumbbell Swing

EMOM

Every minute on the minute start this circuit if you finish before the minute ends you rest 5 minutes total.

6 Burpees

6 Jump Squats

6 Mountain Climbers (each side)

6 Push Ups
